By Ferry and Road:  It is 6 to 7 hours drive from Paris or ports such as St Malo, Cherbourg  using the motorway and trunk road network.

Using GPS: Domaine de France has coordinates: Lat: N 44 22 84 7'; Long: E 00 48 51 5'.

Air: Domaine de France is just a 45 min. drive from Bergerac Airport, and about 1 hr 30 mins. from either Toulouse or Bordeaux airports.

 By Train : Rail from the UK: Eurostar to Paris and then TGV to Agen (25 mins from Domaine de France)  

Suggested routes to Domaine de France from the airports

From Toulouse

The quickest route is:

Out of airport follow signs to Bordeaux via the Autoroute ‘Entre Deux Mers’ A62 E72. (About 7 or 8 euros needed)

*At junction 7 leave autoroute (Agen), and

from Agen

either

follow signs for Villeneuve-Sur-Lot, (direction Bergerac).

Follow the N113 , not going in to Villeneuve but take the D661 (signs to Tournon d'Agenais & Penne d'Agenais). Driving along that road you will see Penne on the hill ahead of you. The dome of the Basilica shines in the sun.

Don't go up into Penne but stay on the Tournon road until you come to the only roundabout.

Turn right, direction Agen and Hautefage(D103)

You pass the school and the tennis club and we are the first property after that on the left.

or

follow signs for Cahors via Pont du Casse (D656). Turn left at the D110, direction La Roque Timbaut. Turn right at the church(D103) and drive straight through Hautefage La Tour.

As you approach Penne d'Agenais, seen up on top of the hill in front of you, we are the last house on the right, just after the turning for Massoulés and St. Amans. If you reach the roundabout, you have just missed us!

From Bergerac

Take the Agen road south turning left out of the airport (N21)

Don't go into Villeneuve-Sur-Lot (about 40 mins drive) but stay on the N21, until you cross the River Lot after which you take the first turn left, direction Tournon d'Agenais (D661)

Driving along that road you will see Penne on the hill ahead of you. The dome of the Basilica shines in the sun.

Don't go up into Penne but stay on the Tournon road until you come to the only roundabout.

Turn right, direction Agen and Hautefage(D103)

You pass the school and the tennis club and we are the first property after that on the left.

From Bordeaux (fastest route)

Follow signs to Toulouse and take the Autoroute ‘Entre Deux Mers’ A62 (7-8 euros needed) to

either

Aiguillons, junction 6. Follow signs to Villeneuve Sur Lot. From there take the Agen road and then the D661, direction Tournon d'Agenais and Penne d'Agenais.

Driving along that road you will see Penne on the hill ahead of you and to the left. The dome of the Basilica shines in the sun.

Don't go up into Penne but stay on the Tournon road until you come to the only roundabout.

Turn right, direction Agen and Hautefage(D103)

You pass the school and the tennis club and we are the first property after that on the left.

or

come off at Junction 7, Agen and follow instructions from* Agen above under directions from Toulouse.

From Cahors (fastest route)

Come off the A20 at Cahors (south) and take the D656 to Tournon d'Agenais via Sauzet. At Tournon, take the D661 to Dausse and then Penne d'Agenais. Follow the road to the roundabout at Penne and take the third exit (left turn) towards Agen, Hautefage. Domaine de France is 400m on the left, just after the sports hall and tennis courts.
